Los pasados 3, 4 y 5 de agosto se realizó el cuarto Congreso Nacional de Comunicación Indígena (CNCI) en Ajalpan, Puebla. Ratificaron las declaraciones hechas en los anteriores congresos y declararon que “la comunicación indígena es un ejercicio social y un derecho inherente de nuestra palabra con autonomía, en sus diversas manifestaciones y posibilidades de difusión”.
